As all of our products are customised just for you we do not offer returns on customised products unless we made an error, the product is not fit for purpose, or the product is damaged in transit (highly unlikely as our products are almost indestructible : ).
In the event that we deem that an item meets any of the above, then Returns will be approved at our discretion for replacement, full refund, credit or substitution. Once returns have been approved, the customer will be issued with an official Returns Form which must be filled out and sent back with the items to our preferred address.
All returns are required to be sent back with tracked/registered shipping and the tracking number must also be supplied to us prior to sending the package.
To be eligible for returns products all items must be in their original condition complete with any packaging
If you would like to return your item, please email us at info@toucandoo.com.au with your full name, order number and reason for return.
The subject line must be ‘Returns Request: (Full Name)’.
ToucanDoo does not cover return postage unless the item is faulty and or damaged
