SHIPPING

We offer Parcel Post and Express Post shipping in Australia and International Standard and International Express to New Zealand and selected other countries, if not listed please send us an email to info@toucandoo.com.au and we will work out rates for you.

The cost of your shipping is determined by the weight of your items, your shipping destination and the speed of delivery you choose.

Once shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcels progress from Australia Post.

We endeavour to dispatch all of our orders within 2-5 Business Days. Unless it is a Group Booking in which case it will be dispatched within 20 Business Days. We do not offer a guarantee that your order will be dispatched if it is placed before a certain time.

DISCLAIMER (WHOLE WORLD):

All deliveries are tracked and the actual delivery time is completely up to Australia Post, as soon as we dispatch your order the delivery time is controlled exclusively by the carrier.

• Parcel post delivery times are between 2 and 6 business days. Rural areas may take a little longer
• Maximum of 22Kg using parcel post
• Can deliver to a P.O. Box

Express Post (Tracked domestic shipping): 

• Australia Post Delivery Times: Next Business Day (Australia Post overnight area addresses only) OR 2-3 business days.
• Maximum of 22kg using express post
• Can deliver to a P.O. Box

Overseas Import Taxes and Duties

Orders sent outside Australia are sent exclusive of GST however they may be liable for import duties, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, taxes and or other forms of import costs levied by your country at the point of entry. International customers are responsible for all additional charges levied by their respective governments on import items. ToucanDoo recommends you check with the customs office in your country to determine what charges may be applicable to your order
